This Zhongshan Outdoor Gear Rental Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is made and entered into this [Date] by and between [Rental Company Name], a company duly organized and existing under the laws of the People's Republic of China, with its principal place of business at [Rental Company Address] (hereinafter referred to as the "Lessor"), and [Renter Name], residing at [Renter Address] (hereinafter referred to as the "Lessee").

1. Subject Matter of the Agreement:

This Agreement pertains to the rental of outdoor gear (hereinafter referred to as the "Gear") specified in Schedule A attached hereto and made an integral part hereof. The Gear includes, but is not limited to, tents, sleeping bags, backpacks, hiking poles, camping stoves, cooking utensils, and other specified items. The specific condition and quantity of each item are detailed in Schedule A.

2. Rental Period:

The rental period commences on [Start Date] at [Start Time] and terminates on [End Date] at [End Time]. Any extension of the rental period must be agreed upon in writing by both parties and will be subject to an additional rental fee as per the Lessor’s prevailing rates. Failure to return the Gear by the agreed-upon termination time will result in late fees as outlined in Section 8.

3. Rental Fee:

5. Use of the Gear:

The Lessee agrees to use the Gear solely for recreational purposes and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and any safety guidelines provided by the Lessor. The Lessee is responsible for the safe and proper handling of the Gear and shall not misuse, abuse, or modify the Gear in any way. The Lessee agrees not to use the Gear for commercial purposes or to sublet the Gear to any third party.

6. Loss or Damage:

The Lessee is responsible for any loss or damage to the Gear beyond normal wear and tear. In the event of loss or damage, the Lessee shall be liable for the full replacement cost of the Gear, as determined by the Lessor. The Lessor reserves the right to deduct the cost of repairs or replacement from the security deposit. If the cost exceeds the security deposit, the Lessee agrees to pay the remaining balance.

7. Return of the Gear:

The Lessee agrees to return the Gear to the Lessor at the designated location ([Return Location]) by the agreed-upon termination time. 8. Late Fees:

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in Zhongshan, Guangdong Province, China for resolution.

12. Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
