1. Subject Matter of the Agreement:

The Gear includes, but is not limited to, tents, sleeping bags, backpacks, hiking poles, cooking equipment, and other outdoor equipment as specified in Schedule A. The Customer acknowledges that they have inspected the Gear and found it to be in good working order, except as noted in Schedule A. Any damages or defects not noted in Schedule A will be the responsibility of the Customer unless proven otherwise.

2. Rental Period:

Any return of the Gear outside of these specified times will be subject to late fees as outlined in Section 7. Clean the Gear thoroughly before returning it. Any excessive cleaning fees will be deducted from the security deposit.
Return the Gear in the same condition it was received, subject to normal wear and tear.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations concerning the use of the Gear.
Be responsible for any loss or damage to the Gear resulting from the Customer's negligence or misuse.
Be responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or licenses for the use of the Gear in specific locations.

5. Renter Obligations:

The Renter agrees to:
Provide the Customer with Gear that is in good working order, except as noted in Schedule A.
Refund the security deposit to the Customer upon the return of the Gear in good condition.
Provide reasonable assistance to the Customer in the event of Gear malfunction or damage, if possible.

6. Liability:

The Customer assumes all risks associated with the use of the Gear, including but not limited to injuries, accidents, or losses. The Renter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Gear. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Renter harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the Customer's use of the Gear. Insurance coverage for the rented gear is the responsibility of the Renter. The Customer acknowledges they are responsible for their own personal insurance.

7. Late Fees and Damages:

Late return of the Gear will result in a late fee of [Late Fee Amount] (in CNY) per day. The Customer will be responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement for any lost or damaged Gear beyond normal wear and tear.
