As our Automotive & Gear Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, building relationships with potential customers and converting leads into sales. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:

Sales & Customer Relationship Management:
Proactively engaging with potential customers through various channels (phone, email, in-person interactions at events, etc.).
Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate vehicles and gear based on their specific requirements and budget.
Providing expert advice and demonstrations on the features and benefits of our products.
Effectively handling objections and closing deals.
Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Managing customer accounts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Following up with clients post-sale to ensure their continued satisfaction and address any concerns.

Product Knowledge & Expertise:
Developing a comprehensive understanding of our vehicle inventory, including specifications, features, and pricing.
Gaining in-depth knowledge of our range of outdoor gear, including its functionality, quality, and appropriate applications.
Staying up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in the automotive and outdoor industries.
Participating in product training sessions and workshops.

Sales Support & Administration:
Preparing sales proposals and quotations.
Managing sales records and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
Assisting with inventory management and stock control.
Contributing to marketing initiatives and promotional events.
Maintaining a clean and organized showroom.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in sales, ideally within the automotive or outdoor retail sectors.
A genuine passion for the outdoors and a strong understanding of various outdoor activities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
