Available Positions:

We currently have openings for the following roles:

1. Outdoor Gear Rental Specialist:

This position requires a strong understanding of various types of outdoor gear, including but not limited to:
Hiking and backpacking equipment (backpacks, tents, sleeping bags, cooking equipment)
Winter sports equipment (skis, snowboards, boots, poles, snowshoes)
Climbing equipment (ropes, harnesses, carabiners, helmets)
Camping equipment (chairs, tables, lanterns)

Responsibilities include:
Assisting customers in selecting appropriate gear based on their needs and experience level.
Inspecting and maintaining gear to ensure its functionality and safety.
Processing rentals and returns efficiently and accurately.
Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
Maintaining a clean and organized rental space.
Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in outdoor gear rental or a related field is preferred.
Strong knowledge of various types of outdoor equipment and their proper use.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in basic computer skills.
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is a plus.

2. Outdoor Activities Guide (Part-time):
