Ensuring Proper Storage and Care of Gear: The Outdoor Gear Manager must ensure that all gear is stored properly when not in use. This includes storing gear in a climate-controlled environment, protecting gear from moisture and pests, and performing regular maintenance and repairs.
Coordinating Gear Distribution and Logistics: The Outdoor Gear Manager must coordinate the distribution of gear to staff and participants in outdoor activities. This includes scheduling gear pick-ups and drop-offs, ensuring that gear is properly packed and transported, and tracking the location of all gear.
