This agreement is made and entered into this [Date] by and between:

[Name of Renter], hereinafter referred to as the "Renter", and

[Name of Rental Company], a [State] corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "Rental Company".

WHEREAS, the Renter desires to rent certain outdoor excursion equipment from the Rental Company, and

WHEREAS, the Rental Company is willing to rent such equipment to the Renter subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, the parties hereby agree as follows:

1. Equipment Rental

The Rental Company agrees to rent to the Renter the following equipment (the "Equipment"):

2. Rental Period

The rental period shall commence on [Start Date] and end on [End Date]. The Renter shall return the Equipment to the Rental Company on the End Date, or earlier if requested by the Rental Company.

3. Rental Rate

6. Renter's Responsibilities

Returning the Equipment to the Rental Company on time and in good condition.

7. Rental Company's Responsibilities

Providing the Equipment to the Renter in good working order.
Repairing or replacing any damaged or malfunctioning Equipment in a timely manner.
Refunding the security deposit to the Renter after the Equipment has been returned in good condition.

8. Default

If the Renter fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Rental Company may declare the Renter in default. Upon default, the Rental Company may repossess the Equipment and terminate this Agreement.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of [State].

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
