1. Purpose

2. Services Provided by the Planner

Location Scouting and Selection: The Planner will research and propose suitable locations for the picnic, considering the Client's preferences regarding accessibility, scenery, and amenities. The final location will be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
Menu Planning and Procurement: The Planner will develop a menu tailored to the Client's dietary needs, preferences, and any allergies or restrictions. This includes sourcing high-quality ingredients and coordinating with any necessary vendors or caterers. A detailed menu proposal will be presented to the Client for approval.
Logistical Arrangements: The Planner will handle all logistical aspects of the picnic, including transportation (if applicable), permits (if required), equipment rental (tables, chairs, coolers, etc.), and waste disposal.
On-Site Management: On the day of the picnic, the Planner will be present to oversee all aspects of the event, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for the Client. This includes setting up the picnic area, serving food and drinks, and managing cleanup.
Contingency Planning: The Planner will develop a contingency plan to address potential weather-related issues or other unforeseen circumstances.
