1. Cleaning up the Premises thoroughly after the event, including removing all trash and debris.

Ensuring that all guests behave responsibly and do not damage the Premises or cause any disturbance to neighbors.
Providing Landowner with a list of attendees (optional, but recommended for liability purposes).
Liability for any injuries or damages occurring on the property during the rental period, excluding those caused by the negligence of the Landowner.

6. Responsibilities of Landowner: Landowner shall be responsible for the following:
Ensuring that the Premises are in a safe and usable condition at the commencement of the Rental Period.
Providing access to the Premises during the Rental Period.
Maintaining insurance for the property, as required by law.

7. Liability: Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Landowner from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with the Renter's use of the Premises, except those caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Landowner.
