This Outdoor BBQ Stand Rental Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into this [Date] by and between [Lessor Name], residing at [Lessor Address] ("Lessor"), and [Lessee Name], residing at [Lessee Address] ("Lessee").

1. Description of Property: Lessor agrees to rent to Lessee, and Lessee agrees to rent from Lessor, the outdoor BBQ stand located at [Specific Location of BBQ Stand, including address and any relevant landmarks]. The BBQ stand includes [Detailed description of the stand's components, e.g., grill, tables, chairs, umbrellas, etc. Specify the number of each item. 2. Rental Period: The rental period shall commence on [Start Date] and terminate on [End Date]. The Lessee may request an extension subject to availability and agreement by the Lessor. Any extension request must be made in writing at least [Number] days prior to the original termination date. The Lessor reserves the right to refuse an extension request at their discretion. The rental period may be terminated early by either party upon [Number] days written notice to the other party, except in the case of breach of this agreement, in which case the termination may be immediate.

3. 5. Maintenance and Cleaning: Lessee agrees to maintain the BBQ stand in a clean and orderly condition throughout the rental period. Lessee shall be responsible for cleaning the BBQ stand thoroughly upon termination of the rental period. This includes removing all trash, cleaning grills, tables, and chairs. Failure to adequately clean the BBQ Stand will result in a cleaning fee of [Cleaning Fee Amount] deducted from the security deposit.

6. Liability and Insurance: Lessee shall be solely responsible for any damages to the BBQ stand or injuries occurring on the property during the rental period, except for those caused by normal wear and tear. Lessee is strongly encouraged to obtain liability insurance coverage for the rental period. Lessor shall not be liable for any injuries or damages suffered by Lessee or their guests.

7. Security Deposit: Lessee shall provide a security deposit of [Security Deposit Amount] to Lessor upon signing this Agreement. The security deposit will be refunded to Lessee within [Number] days of the termination of the rental period, less any deductions for damages to the BBQ stand beyond normal wear and tear, cleaning fees, or unpaid fees.
