BBQ Grill Masters (Experienced & Trainee Positions Available)

As a BBQ Grill Master, you'll be the heart of our operation. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and cooking a wide variety of meats, vegetables, and other BBQ fare to perfection, ensuring consistent quality and flavour.
Managing grill temperatures and cooking times effectively to achieve optimal results.
Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the grilling area.
Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth event execution.
Assisting with food preparation and cleanup.
For experienced Grill Masters, training and mentoring junior team members will also be a key responsibility.

Requirements: A passion for grilling is essential! Experienced candidates should possess proven experience in handling large-scale BBQ events. Trainees will receive comprehensive on-the-job training. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively under pressure are crucial.

Event Setup & Logistics Assistants

Our Event Setup & Logistics Assistants are crucial to the seamless operation of our events. This role involves:
Setting up and dismantling event sites, including tables, chairs, grills, and other necessary equipment.
Assisting with transportation and logistics, ensuring all equipment and supplies arrive on time and in good condition.
Maintaining order and cleanliness at the event site.
Providing support to the BBQ Grill Masters and other team members.
Assisting with client interaction and event coordination as needed.

Requirements: Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry moderately heavy objects are essential. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to work both independently and as part of a team are highly valued. A valid driver's license is a plus.

Outdoor Adventure Guides (Optional – but a huge plus!)

For those with experience leading outdoor activities, we offer the opportunity to incorporate your skills into our events. This could involve:
Leading guided hikes or nature walks in the surrounding areas.
Organizing and facilitating outdoor games and activities.
Sharing your knowledge of the local flora and fauna.
Ensuring the safety and well-being of participants during outdoor activities.

Requirements: Proven experience leading outdoor activities, wilderness first aid certification (preferred), and a strong knowledge of the Mianyang area are highly desirable. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.
