Available Positions:

We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Grill Masters/BBQ Chefs: Experienced grill masters are needed to prepare and cook a variety of delicious barbecue dishes. A strong understanding of different grilling techniques, food safety regulations, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential. Experience with traditional Chinese BBQ techniques would be a significant advantage, but we're also open to candidates with a strong background in other BBQ styles. Creativity and a willingness to experiment with new flavors are highly valued.
Food & Beverage Servers: Friendly and attentive servers are needed to take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure our customers have a memorable dining experience. Excellent communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a positive attitude are crucial. Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred but not essential. Fluency in Mandarin and English is a plus.
Bartenders (Optional): We're looking for experienced bartenders to create and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages. Knowledge of mixology, strong customer service skills, and the ability to maintain a clean and organized bar area are essential. Experience working in an outdoor setting is a plus.
Kitchen Assistants/Prep Cooks: Energetic and reliable kitchen assistants are needed to assist with food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred. The ability to work well as part of a team is essential.
