Outdoor Picnic Humorous Script320

Scene: A lush park on a sunny day. A group of friends is gathered around a picnic blanket, enjoying food and drinks.

Friend 1: I'm so glad we came out here for a picnic! It's such a beautiful day.

Friend 2: Me too! I can't believe how much food we brought.

Friend 3: Yeah, we're going to eat like kings and queens out here.

Friend 4: I hope you brought enough for seconds, because I'm starving.

Friend 5: Don't worry, I always pack extra for these kinds of outings.

(The friends start digging into their food.)

Friend 1: Mmm, this potato salad is delicious!

Friend 2: I know, right? It's my mom's recipe.

Friend 3: These sandwiches are amazing too!

Friend 4: Thanks, I made them myself.

Friend 5: (With a mouth full of food) This is the best picnic ever!

(Suddenly, a group of wasps descends on the picnic blanket.)

Friend 1: Oh no, wasps!

Friend 2: Run for your lives!

(The friends scatter in different directions, screaming and waving their arms.)

Friend 3: (Tripping over a tree root) OW! My ankle!

Friend 4: (Running into a tree) Oof!

Friend 5: (Hiding behind a bush) Phew, I think we lost them.

(The wasps eventually fly away.)

Friend 1: (Emerging from his hiding place) Is everyone okay?

Friend 2: I think so. (Rubbing his head) I got a little bump, but I'll survive.

Friend 3: (Hobbling around with a sore ankle) My ankle is killing me.

Friend 4: (Looking at his bruised arm) I think I need an ice pack.

Friend 5: Well, at least we still have our picnic food.

(The friends return to their picnic blanket. They still have a lot of food left, but it's a little bit battered and bruised from the wasp attack.)

Friend 1: (Eating a dented sandwich) Well, it's not as pretty as it was before, but it still tastes good.

Friend 2: (Eating a squished piece of fruit) I agree. This is still the best picnic ever.

(The friends finish their food and pack up their things.)

Friend 1: So, we had a little bit of a mishap with the wasps, but it was still a fun day.

Friend 2: Yeah, we made some memories that we'll never forget.

Friend 3: (With a smile) I'm just glad we all survived.

(The friends laugh and walk away, carrying their picnic basket. As they leave, they see a sign that says, "Beware of Wasps.")

Friend 4: (Shaking his head) Well, I guess we should have read the sign before we started eating.

Friend 5: (With a shrug) Oh well. It was worth it for the memories.
