Acknowledgement of Risks and Responsibilities

By participating in outdoor skiing activities, I acknowledge and understand the inherent risks and dangers associated with the sport. These risks include, but are not limited to:
Collisions with other skiers or snowboarders
Falls on snow or ice
Avalanches
Tree wells
Exposure to extreme weather conditions
Hypothermia and frostbite

Release of Liability

I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless [Ski Resort Name], its employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, actions, suits, damages, or losses, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or property damage, that may arise or result from my participation in outdoor skiing activities on the premises of the ski resort.

Assumption of Risk

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with outdoor skiing activities and acknowledge that I am responsible for my own safety and well-being. I understand that skiing involves inherent risks and that no amount of safety precautions can completely eliminate those risks.

Indemnity
