Procedure:1. Warm-up (5 minutes)

Have children walk around the climbing area.

Lead them through gentle jumping jacks and arm circles.

2. Introduction to Climbing (10 minutes)

Explain to children the importance of staying safe while climbing.
Demonstrate how to use the safety mats and proper climbing techniques.
Supervise children as they begin to explore the climbing equipment.

3. Climbing Activities (20 minutes)

Ladder Climb: Set up an agility ladder on the ground. Have children climb over and under the rungs, encouraging them to use different body movements.
Tire Climb: Stack tires on top of each other to create a mini obstacle course. Encourage children to climb up and over the tires.
Rope Climb: Suspend a rope from a tree or climbing frame. Assist children as they pull themselves up the rope, ensuring proper grip and leg support.

4. Cool-down (5 minutes)

Have children walk around the climbing area to catch their breath.
Encourage them to stretch their muscles, especially their legs and arms.
Lead them through breathing exercises to calm them down.
