Procedure:1. Introduction (5 minutes)
* Gather children around the climbing frame and greet them enthusiastically.
* Explain the importance of safety and following instructions.
* Demonstrate the proper techniques for climbing, balancing, and jumping.
2. Free Play (15 minutes)
* Allow children to explore the climbing frame freely, encouraging them to climb, balance, and jump at their own pace.
* Provide gentle guidance and support as needed.
3. Obstacle Course (10 minutes)
* Create an obstacle course on the climbing frame that includes various challenges, such as:
* Climbing up and over obstacles
* Balancing on a narrow beam
* Jumping over hurdles
* Divide children into small groups and rotate them through the obstacle course, timing each group (optional).
4. Team Challenge (10 minutes)
* Divide children into two teams.
* Assign each team a specific goal, such as climbing to the top of the structure or balancing on the beam for a certain amount of time.
* Encourage teams to work together and support each other.
5. Speedy Climbers (5 minutes)
* Set up a designated starting and finishing line.
* Play music and have children race to climb up and over the climbing frame.
* The first child to cross the finish line wins.
6. Cooling Down (5 minutes)
