Lesson Plan:
1. Introduction

Explain the basics of rock climbing, including the different types of holds, moves, and equipment.

Demonstrate how to put on and adjust a climbing harness and helmet.

2. Warm-Up

Lead the children in some simple stretches and exercises to prepare their bodies for climbing.
Encourage them to climb on low, easy boulders to get a feel for the rock.
