Climbing wall or bouldering mat

Procedure:
Introduction: (5 minutes)

Begin by asking students if they have any prior experience with rock climbing.
Show students a video clip of outdoor rock climbing.
Discuss the benefits of rock climbing, such as improved physical fitness, problem-solving skills, and self-confidence.


Indoor Climbing Basics: (15 minutes)

If possible, take students to a climbing wall or use a bouldering mat for this activity.
Review the different types of climbing holds (e.g., jugs, crimps, slopers).
Demonstrate proper climbing technique, including body positioning, footwork, and handholds.
Allow students to practice climbing on the wall or mat.


Outdoor Climbing Video Game: (15 minutes)

Introduce the outdoor climbing video game to students.
