Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced outdoor enthusiast to join our team as an Outdoor Trekking Trailblazer. The successful candidate will be responsible for exploring and documenting new trekking routes, ensuring the safety and well-being of hikers, and promoting sustainable outdoor practices.

ResponsibilitiesExplore and identify potential trekking routes in remote and challenging terrains.
Assess the feasibility, accessibility, and safety of proposed routes, including terrain, weather conditions, water sources, and wildlife encounters.
Create detailed route maps, descriptions, and GPS coordinates for new trekking trails.
Establish and maintain relationships with local communities, landowners, and conservation organizations to obtain necessary permissions and support.
Lead guided trekking expeditions for recreational or educational purposes, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of participants.
Monitor and assess the environmental impact of trekking activities on natural habitats and wildlife.
li>Develop and implement sustainable outdoor practices to minimize the ecological footprint of trekking.
Promote the responsible use of natural resources, including proper waste disposal, water conservation, and wildlife preservation.
Provide training and guidance to novice hikers on outdoor safety, navigation, and environmental awareness.

QualificationsExtensive experience in outdoor trekking and wilderness navigation.
Strong knowledge of outdoor safety, environmental conservation, and wildlife management.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Valid first aid and wilderness medical training.
